Core Idea¶
The New Urbanist T-zone sequence is a normative model rather than a natural law, local calibration matters and it differs from ecological field transects and single-use Euclidean zoning. A planning area is classified from natural or rural edge through progressively denser mixed-use neighborhoods to urban core, and each zone receives coordinated frontage, building, street and public-realm standards. The abstraction is therefore identified by a declared carrier, a transformation or constraint over that carrier, and an invariant that tells an analyst whether the named structure is genuinely present.
