Domain-specific

• Arithmetic function
  • The entry records a descriptive analytical identity; practical use requires the governing domain's evidence, standards, and safety obligations.
• Dirichlet Eta Function
  • It supplies special values such as \(\eta(1)=\log 2\) and \(\eta(0)=1/2\) by continuation, and connects zeta zeros to a function without a pole.
• Divisor Function
  • Apostol treats arithmetical functions and Dirichlet multiplication as foundational machinery of analytic number theory.
• Möbius function
  • … constitutive identity and a convenient observable transfers from μ(6)=1 because six has two distinct prime factors, while μ(12)=0 because twelve is divisible by four. to A calculation distinguishes the number-theoretic function from the incidence-algebra Möbius function while noting their common inversion structure..
• Multiplicative Function
  • Apostol develops multiplicative functions together with Dirichlet multiplication and uses unique prime factorization to make their local-to-global structure explicit.

Verification

Does it exist? Confirmed. This work's DOI resolves to a registered record, which fixes its identity. That is all it fixes.

Does it back the claim? Not recorded. Neither this nor any other of the 5 citations of this work carries a recorded support check.

Support is checked per citation rather than per work — the same source can be cited soundly in one article and wrongly in another. Per-citation recording began recently, so a citation with no recorded check is a gap in the record rather than evidence it went unchecked.
