- Informating — The organizational process by which digital technology performs or mediates work while simultaneously generating information about that work, creating new capacities for learning, coordination, surveillance, and control.
- Organizational identity — The collectively negotiated answer to who an organization is, expressed through attributes understood as central, distinctive and enduring or continuous.
- Organizational Metacognition — An organization’s maintained, actionable awareness of what it knows, who or what carries that knowledge, what it does not know, and how its own learning routines succeed or fail—used to choose expertise, inquiry, and learning interventions.
