Example

How it works

  • Append-only contemporaneous log. Every deviation is recorded when it happens, not reconstructed later.
  • Predeclared severity classes and disposition rules. Each deviation is classified into acceptable, correctable, sensitivity-analyzed, or excluded — by a rule set before analysis.
  • Escalation to a panel. Contested or severe deviations are routed to a review board that rules by a consistent standard.
  • Prespecification. The disposition rules exist before the data is seen, so exclusion cannot be reverse-engineered from the result.
