The Diagnostic Story¶
Symptom: The core system looks clean and orderly, but somewhere downstream — a support queue, a cleanup contractor, an underfunded team, an external environment — is absorbing the disorder that makes the core's tidiness possible. The receiving location is invisible in the primary metrics, so the burden being placed on it never enters the calculation.
