Structural problem¶
Strangers, roles, or groups need opportunities for contact, but encounters are absent, inaccessible, private, fleeting, or normless, allowing isolation, domination, avoidance, and conflict to persist.
Intervention logic¶
Build and steward a shared contact layer with accessible entry, mutual observability, low-stakes interaction affordances, visible norms, privacy and exit boundaries, conflict repair, and evidence-driven maintenance.
