Stock First Control Restoration¶
When a flow lever loses effect because the underlying stock is damaged or outside its responsive range, stop pulling harder, repair the stock, verify coupling, and only then resume ordinary control.
This candidate fills direct gap coverage for the accepted prime stock_disabled_control by naming the transferable solution pattern as Stock-First Control Restoration: repair the mediating stock before continuing to pull a flow lever whose input-output gain has collapsed.

The key move is to ask what stock the lever acts through, whether that stock has left its responsive window, what repair threshold is required, and how to verify renewed coupling before normal control resumes.

A stronger lever is not always a stronger intervention.
