Personalized marketing¶
A marketing strategy that selects or adapts messages, offers and experiences for an individual using observed, inferred or declared characteristics and behavior.
Core Idea¶
Personalized marketing tailors a commercial communication or experience to a person rather than only to a broad audience segment.[1] Data about behavior and context update a profile, an algorithm ranks content or offers for that profile, and response measurements feed subsequent selection.
